WHAT WILL BE NEEDED FROM YOU
1. A dirt track of 300+ feet in length, no less than 200 feet long and at least 25 feet wide.
2. All bleachers must be placed at least 15 feet from the track and have some type of sufficient barrier to protect spectators.
3. One blade tractor, One roller tractor and One tractor used to pull back the sled.
4. An announcer - MGTMRA can provide an announcer for an additional fee of $100.00.
5. A sound system
6. Two free passes into the event per tractor

MGTMRA WILL PROVIDE
1. Take all entry fees and complete the line up sheet for all classes.
2. Secure a sled for the pull.
3. Pay out all prize money to the class winners.
4. A MGTMRA board member must oversee the pull.
5. Secure promoter insurance.
6. Flagmen and track judges.

MGTMRA reserves the right to refuse to pull if the track is not in adequate condition.
The dirt needs moisture and should have slightly loose compaction due to the pulling vehicles light weight.
