HISTORY OF THE MGTMRA

The Missouri Garden Pullers Association was originally founded in 1961. The association pulled garden-tractors only until 1968. When the Mini-Rods were added the name was changed to Missouri Garden and Mini-Rod Association. Through the years the membership has grown from 10 members to one of the largest garden-tractor and mini-rod pulling associations in the nation. This growth has caused the organization to undergo some major transformations. Today we are known as the Missouri Garden-Tractor and Mini-Rod Association. MGTMRA members take pride in the appearance of their tractor as well as how good it runs. Our mission is to provide a tightly run tractor pull that presents exciting entertainment for every event.
